If you receive an order that has been damaged, do not accept it from the carrier. In the case where you are not available when the package is delivered and you receive it damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@easlylitcandleco.com. Please include a picture of the damaged items in your email to us, and retain all damaged items and packaging.
