SHIPPING POLICY
We retain the right to modify the shipping method for your order at any time to ensure accurate shipping and packaging charges or to better meet the needs of the shipped content. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipping to a faster service at no extra cost, but this is not typical or guaranteed and occurs only under specific conditions. We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If you encounter delays with order fulfillment and shipment, please reach out to the carrier for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you specifically request otherwise, we may authorize shipping carriers to deliver your package(s without a signature at the destination. If your package status indicates it has been delivered but you did not receive it, it may have been stolen. We are not liable for stolen packages; delivery status releases us from all responsibility. If you prefer signature delivery, please indicate this in the comments section at checkout or contact us via email at info@easylitcandle.com before placing your order. Please be aware that we the right to require signature delivery for any package at our discretion.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for candles, room sprays, carpet fresheners, and car diffusers are currently not permitted. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your purchase, please contact us at info@easlylitcandleco.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
In the event of an order error, please reach out to us at SUPPORT@easlylitcandleco.com with the necessary details within 5 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, do not accept it from the carrier. If you are not present during delivery and damage, please contact us within 5 days at SUPPORTeaslylitcandleco.com, providing a of the damaged items, and retain all damaged products and packaging.
